SuperEngage ("we", "us", "our") operates superengage.one and provides a unified loyalty and engagement platform for employees, customers, and channel partners. Our email is hello@superengage.one.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: name, work email, company name, job title when you sign up or request a demo.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration โ collected via GA4 analytics.
- Form submissions: information provided in contact, demo request, and ROI calculator forms.
- Communication data: emails and messages you send to us.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to demo requests and sales enquiries.
- To provide and improve the SuperEngage platform.
- To send product updates and marketing communications (where you have opted in).
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)
For users in the European Union, we process personal data on the following legal bases: Legitimate interest (responding to enquiries, improving our service), Consent (marketing communications), and Contractual necessity (delivering our platform to paying customers).
5. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: CRM providers (Zoho CRM) for lead management, analytics providers (Google Analytics 4) for website analytics, and cloud infrastructure providers for platform operation. All sub-processors operate under data processing agreements.
6. Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services or comply with legal obligations. Marketing contact data is deleted upon unsubscribe. Account data is deleted within 30 days of account closure upon request.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@superengage.one.
8. Security
SuperEngage is ISO 27001 certified. We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Access to personal data is restricted by role-based access controls and audited regularly.
